At the magnificent gathering on the occasion of the establishment of the Podgorica committee of Slobodna Crna Core - held with respect for all epidemiological measures - President Vladislav Dajković promised that Milo Đukanović and his party would lose in the elections announced for May.
"We started from scratch, we didn't ask anyone for help, nor do we owe anything to anyone. Instead of wars over seats and privileges, we decided to fight for our hometown. After the defense of our sanctuaries, we turned to life topics and local problems, guided by the attitude that the problems of the men and women of Podgorica are also our problems. We presented a superior political program, i.e. solutions for Podgorica in ten points, symbolically called "Clean Ten".
Our activists visited tens of thousands of our fellow citizens and word of mouth promoted the idea of a Free Montenegro, as well as our program. We make up for the fact that there is no space for us on Montenegrin televisions with serious, and sometimes humorous, videos in which we cover political current events. We design and record these videos ourselves and we are really proud that they have hundreds of thousands and some even millions of views on social networks. With such creative work, we definitely establish a new political style, adapted to our youth and the new spirit of the times.
However, we do not get carried away by the numbers. As of today, we are embarking on serious field work and presentation of our program: door to door, person to person. Our campaign will not be expensive, but it will be original, youthful, superior, in a word - winning. I invite the citizens of Podgorica to join the new wave that will politically sink Milo Đukanović, Ivan Vuković and all the corrupt members of the Democratic Party of Socialists from the City Administration in three months. There are more of us!" announced Dajković.
General Secretary of Free Montenegro Đorđije Andrić addressed the audience: "I am happy that today we formed the Podgorica committee with over 100 young, educated and hardworking people who have never been involved in politics before." All these people are our pledge for the future. There are more of us who are eager for a normal life. There are more of us than those who selfishly defend their privileges. There are more of us who want to live in free Podgorica. Finally, it may not be known who will be the Prime Minister, but one thing is certain - Dajković will defeat Đukanović in Podgorica," concluded Andrić.
After Andrić, the Political Director of Free Montenegro, Boris Đurašić, addressed the audience: "I did not make a mistake in returning home to Montenegro after twenty years of living in the USA." I am happy to be part of the winning team of Slobodna Montenegro, which will exercise power in the capital from May. My task will be to convey to my country, my native Bar, but also to Podgorica the more than successful economic model that I applied in my construction company in New York. I am sure that Montenegro can become the Switzerland of the Balkans," Đurašić concluded.
The spokeswoman for Free Montenegro, Mr. Jovana Todorović, pointed out: "The Podgorica committee will consist of 100 people, namely: 30% of the fairer sex, but also 30% of young people." The election of the president of the Podgorica board is scheduled for the next session, which will be held in thirty days. Free Montenegro will decide in the coming period whether it will participate in the elections in Podgorica independently or as part of a broader coalition," concluded Todorović.
