The minority government, headed by the leader of the URA Civic Movement, Dritan Abazović, has a chance, said the honorary president of the Democratic Union of Albanians (DUA), Ferhat Dinoša.
Dinoša said that, if her path is the path of referendum Montenegro, the Albanian parties will have no qualms about supporting her.
"The minority government has a chance. In addition to GP URA, there should be another party from the parliamentary majority. I am referring to the Socialist People's Party (SNP), which has previously been able to behave with a lot of care in the decisive stages of the construction of Montenegro", said Dinoša.
He told the Kosovo Public Service (RTK2) that he believes that there are people who want Montenegro not to lose what it has already created.
Dinoša said that the government will be supported by the opposition, reminding that the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) has already announced this.
"This may cause certain political entities to fear the return of the DPS to power, which may happen in the future", Dinoša believes.
He said that a year ago, as he stated, there was a wandering of one man who can still be decisive in his own new approach.
"It should be possible for him to return, if it is clear that due to his wanderings, Montenegro could have gone astray," said Dinoša.
As he said, it will be unusual for the political scene and the Montenegrin public as a whole for an Albanian to be at the head of the government, but if the moment is like that, it should be allowed to happen, RTCG reports.
Dinoša said that he excludes the possibility that the Democratic Front (DF) and Democratic Montenegro will support the formation of the government, if Abazović is the mandate holder, because this was clearly announced by the leader of the Movement for Change, Nebojša Medojević.
Referring to the fact that part of the parliamentary majority, which does not support the formation of a minority government and protests for the defense of the popular will, he pointed out that such a popular will is not made by the minority nations, nor by the Montenegrins.
As he stated, the will of the people was most strongly expressed in the 2006 referendum.
"Talking about another popular will is not healthy for Montenegro and its multi-ethnic harmony," Dinoša said.
He said that, when it comes to the announcement of the blockade of Montenegro threatened by the DF, he believes that there will be no conflicts and threats to peace in Montenegro.
