Democrat MP Vladimir Martinović said that "nowhere" is the mandate to form the government given to "someone who has convinced someone that he has a parliamentary majority".
Martinović referred to the news that President Milo Đukanović gave the leader of the Civic Movement URA Dritan Abazović a mandate to form a new government.
"Đukanović says that Abazović convinced him that he has a parliamentary majority. This is nowhere to be found. That the mandate to form the government is given to someone who convinced someone that he has a parliamentary majority. It's as if it's hard to count to 41. But Abazović did. It's easier until 21. The URA can, but to return the DPS to power. It remains to be seen who else is on the list, along with the URA and the DPS curmudgeons," said Martinović on Twitter.
