The reaction of the President of the Municipality of Kolašin Milosav Bulatović shows, claims the President of the Municipal Committee (MO) of the Socialist People's Party (SNP) Kolašin Zoran Kujović, "that the whole world can be passed by injustice, but it cannot be turned back". Kujović, who is also the former head of the Communal Police, who was dismissed by Bulatović, says that Bulatović "showed himself a political red card".
"Despite the desire to avoid a "media war" in recent days, yesterday's statement by the first man of the city obliges me to react, given that I have been called out. "The whole world can pass away with injustice, but it can't be turned back, with another, his "honorable and worthy" statement, the legally convicted president of the municipality convinced us", wrote Kujović.
He recommends Bulatović to add to his archive of documents the ruling of the Administrative Court from February of this year, which annuls the decision on Kujović's dismissal.
"Since, Mr. Bulatović, you are dealing with "dating" very accurately, it is not a bad idea to include the following documentation in your archive. First, the judgment of the Administrative Court, from February of this year, annulling your decision by which you, under "party pressure", illegally dismissed me. Also, and second, and no less important, and chronologically fits in the order of your dates, the decision on my legal appointment as Chief of the Communal Police, according to the conducted competition, which you have not yet managed to announce for this position during your mandate. In the end, it's time for the old judge, who will show whether the OO of the SNP wants to politically disqualify you, or whether you have shown yourself a "political red card" with your actions, concludes Kujović.
