The Russian embassy said that the American ambassador's request to all political leaders and civil society leaders in Montenegro was baseless, to condemn Russia's activities without hesitation. It is obvious, as they said, that according to that criterion, the American embassy "will again decide who is a 'worthy' and who is an 'unworthy' partner here".
They also claim that Ukrainian diplomats threatened to "fertilize Ukrainian land with the bodies of Russian diplomats in Montenegro."
They said that the Russian embassy did not have a list of Montenegrin politicians in their hands, "preparing to put 'plus' or 'minus' next to each surname".
"It would be said that in their enthusiasm, with which they want to cover up the hysteria over the destruction of the project, which Washington has been carrying out for years with the aim of creating an 'anti-Russia' out of Ukraine, that the American colleagues have lost reality. President V. Zelensky admitted the impossibility of his country to join NATO. Russian-Ukrainian negotiations are ongoing. Kiev proposes neutrality according to the Austrian or Swedish model, demilitarization of Ukraine is being considered while preserving its own army, but without foreign military bases. This can be considered as a compromise option."
"However, the choice of time by American diplomats to compress Russophobia in the Montenegrin media is probably not accidental. Trying to connect the internal Montenegrin situation with the events in Ukraine, representatives of the State Department obviously want to distract attention from the facts that came to light during the special operation in Ukraine. It has become obvious that it is the American advisers who are encouraging and helping the Kiev regime in the production of biological and nuclear weapons. The production of nuclear weapons by Kiev, and as it turns out - the competences, technology, raw materials and means of delivery they have, would provoke the start of a nuclear war and would mean a threat to the security of the entire world. The consequences of the use of ammunition with depleted uranium in the Western Balkans by the Americans are not well known. It is known that one of the initiators of the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia was the current president of the USA, J. Biden," they announced from Russian Embassy.
They said that the threats against Russia were not "made up" as American diplomats claim, the embassy added.
"The USA is afraid of publicity about research into the preparation of biological weapons, which they finance on the territory of a number of countries, primarily post-Soviet states. Their actions are contrary to the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxic Weapons. All this is happening in the immediate vicinity of the territory of Russia. So here the threats to Russia are not 'invented' at all, as US diplomats claim. The threats to Donbass and the suffering of the four million population, to which the USA, NATO and the European Union turned a blind eye for eight years, were also real. Now the plans of Kiev's aggression in March of this year are already known to DNR, LNR and even to Russian Crimea."
