The "Berane Sad" movement reacted to today's statements by the head of the Club of Deputies of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), Danijela Živković telling him that "the greatest tragedy for contemporary Montenegro is that the MPs of the DPS, like Živković, whose president is the author of numerous internal and international scandals, are today trying to criticize others and build a long-damaged image for themselves", adding that despite the fact that the DPS "persistently presents as a responsible controller of the future government, they actually use a euphemism for political comfort that, even if declaratively and for the sake of the public, no one wants them."
However, as they state in the announcement, "today, in public calculations, all political parties, from Cetinje to the negotiations regarding the unconstitutional minority government, avoid DPS, knowing the kind of mortgage of ideological and geopolitical failures this party carries."

"During the rule of the DPS, which was also a party ally of United Russia, Montenegro was treated in international reports as a state of a hybrid regime... We also saw last night in Berane what the vision of the development of the DPS is for that city, when are installed with the support of the presidents of the BS and SD, that is, parts of the possibly unconstitutional government, which have remained recognizable to the public for the misuse of state resources, and cheap installments for an apartment," the announcement reads.
They conclude from the movement that "while they are dealing with some events within the current one, in the announcement we can already see what the relations will be like within a new government, where the DPS imposes itself as the main staff."
