One of the leaders of the Democratic Front (DF), Milan Knežević, published segments of the statement of Tobi Kedman, the lawyer of former CIA agent Joseph Assad, related to the "coup d'état" case, in which he accuses Milivoj Katnić, Zoran Pažin and special prosecutor Saša Čađenović of having influenced the witness in order to accuse one of the DF leaders Andrija Mandić and Knežević of organizing a coup d'état.
Knežević, as reported by RTCG Portal, said at a press conference that he expects the new Chief Special Prosecutor (GST) Vladimir Novović to file charges against Katnić, Pažin and Čađenović for abuse of office as early as tomorrow.
He said that he has a statement from lawyer Tobi Kedmen about Assad's experiences with the Montenegrin Prosecutor's Office, then GST Milivoj Katnić, special prosecutor Saša Čađenović and then Deputy Prime Minister Zoran Pažin.
"We will publish segments of the statement of the witness Tobi Cadmen, who is a member of the Bar Association of England and Wales and joint head of the Gernik 37 chamber located in London, which clearly implies and says that Pažin, Katnić and Čađenović called him several times to visit Montenegro and to pressure forced Assad to falsely accuse Andrija Mandić, me and other officials of the DF. It went too far to deliver questions and answers to Jozef Assad in order to accuse Mandić and me and the entire DF," Knežević said.
He said that this is another proof of abuse of institutions.
"As early as tomorrow, we expect Vladimir Novović to bring charges against Katnić, Čađenović and Pažin for abuse of position. This is neither a Russian nor a Serb, but an Englishman," he said.
It is quite clear, as he adds, that Saša Čađenović must be on the dock with Pažin and Katnić.
"We will do everything to bring the brutal assembly orderers to justice," he said.
He believes that the Prosecutor's Council must act in this case as a matter of urgency.
Andrija Mandić said that now you can see how much suffering was caused to Mihail Čađenović, the citizens of Serbia and DF.
"The main order came from Milo Đukanović and that must not be forgotten. We would have easily won the elections in 2016 if the so-called coup d'etat had not been staged. We expect justice to knock on the door of all those who staged the coup d'état and to answer in court ", said Mandic.
