They reacted to today's announcement by DPS Kotor, which states, among other things, that "the behavior of Krapović and Martinović shows that Jokić has taken over the helm of the Democrats from Bečić".

"Let's try to follow the logic of the DPS: if the councilors who came to the Kotor Municipal Assembly session and voted for the adoption of the municipal budget are corrupt councilors, then all the DPS deputies who voted for the draft laws of the Government of Montenegro are corrupt by Government. However, everyone knows that the logic of the DPS is difficult to follow because it simply does not exist," the statement of the Democrats points out.
They added that instead of logic and political principles, there is purely politically selfish inconsistency.
"That is why today the party that bought Džaković, Drago Đurović, SNP, GP URA, which for decades has been engaged in stealing elections and altering the electoral will is now trying to accuse its councilors of being corrupt, just because they voted for the municipal budget in the interest of their city. We understand that someone who spends so much time dealing with political manipulation sees only a manipulator in everyone else. But the fact is that this is not done by parties, this is done only by organizations full of dictators who neither can nor want to understand what the general interest is," the Democrats' statement reads. .
