At the constitutive session of the Berane Municipal Assembly, presided over by the oldest councilor Rajko Ivanović (Prava Montenegro), the mandates of councilors in the new convocation were verified.
For the president of the local parliament, as it was said, no proposal has arrived to date, so the session was interrupted after only fifteen minutes.
According to the statements of the newspaper holders who entered the local parliament, however, the local government has been agreed upon and there will be no Socialist People's Party in it.
This was confirmed by Damjan Ćulafić (Democrats), Vuko Todorović (For the future of Berane, i.e. NSD), Mladen Premović (Berane sad), Milovan Živković (Prava Montenegro).

In almost identical statements, they said that the agreement on the formation of a new parliamentary majority is over and that, as they said, only nuances are involved, and that the government will be formed in the next few days.
Tihomir Bogavac (SNP) said that the party was still open to any agreement and that the people wanted them to be part of the government, but that if it was different, they would be strong opponents.
