"Namely, today's constitutive session of the SO Ulcinj was scheduled and presided over - as stipulated in the Rules of Procedure - by the oldest member of the council (DUA). After the verification of the mandate, a break was given until a date for the continuation of the session was scheduled and a collegium was scheduled for tomorrow with the aim of reaching an agreement After that, without any provocation, completely illegally, in violation of all legal procedures, the former President of the Assembly Haxhi Sulejmani scheduled the continuation of the session, obviously with the intention that the new coalition would continue where it left off on the election day of the newspaper "Za novi poznič". when she tried to get an absolute majority by brutally abusing the state apparatus, in which she was thwarted," the statement of DPS Ulcinj points out.

They said that "they will not participate in the work of this illegal session of the Ulcinj Municipal Council".

"We are informing the public that we will institutionally raise the question of the legality of the election of new leaders of the city administration," said DPS Ulcinj.

The Municipal Assembly (SO Ulcinj) today verified the mandates of councilors in accordance with the results of the local elections held on March 27, but did not elect a president.

It was announced from the Civic Movement URA Ulcinj that the continuation of the constitutive session of the SO Ulcinj is scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday, June 26) at 11 a.m., and that the new presidents of the SO Ulcinj and the Municipality of Ulcinj will be elected at the session.
