Tonight, a protest was held in front of the Government building by citizens who oppose Prime Minister Dritan Abazović's announcement that the Government will make a statement on the text of the basic contract with the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) on Thursday.
According to the estimation of the "Vijesti" reporter, there are several hundred citizens at the protest.

Civic activist Aleksandar Zeković said that "this text of the so-called fundamental contract is harmful to all citizens".
"From Podgorica, we are sending a message of love and respect," Zeković said.
He said that "if anyone knows what fighting means, our Albanian friends and brothers know".
Zeković called on the Albanians to join them in the fight.
"The relationship with the Albanians is not from yesterday, but from Petrović. Until the appearance of Dritan Abazović, Montenegro never had Rahman Morina among the Albanians," Zeković said.
Husein Đokaj from the Movement for Grief had a message, as he said, for everyone "who are publicly and secretly negotiating the fate of Montenegro in Belgrade".
"We publicly say no to everyone who is publicly and secretly negotiating the fate of Montenegro in Belgrade".
Liberal Party spokesman Amar Borančić said that they thought that "by overthrowing the Government of Zdravko Krivokapić, they returned Montenegro to the framework of civil and European Montenegro".
"The agreement with the Church of Serbia clearly wants to create a state within a state. If the government does not give up, the question is how long it will last," Borančić said.
Citizen activist Svetlana Pajović assessed that "they are trying to use legal violence and violation of the Constitution to get what does not belong to them".
"Such a fundamental contract is the fulfillment of the wishes of the Church of Serbia," Pajović said, telling Abazović "that we will not give away what our ancestors built with blood."
Political scientist and member of the Main Board of the SDP, Alek Barović, said "that today the Montenegrin Church and the Montenegrin people celebrate Saint Ivan Crnojević, the righteous master of Montenegro".
He said that "there is not one here among us, for whom at least one of the ancestors did not leave his life in the age-old struggle for the right, honor, freedom and independence of Montenegro".
"They built themselves into every village church, every tribal cemetery, because in Montenegro cemeteries are not places where the dead are buried, but every monument is a heroic history, and every marble tells its own story. Today, those without history will steal those epic ossuaries from the Montenegrin people. That when they can't have history, they will destroy ours. That Montenegrin cemeteries and churches are owned by the Belgrade Patriarchate. That they steal from us what they were unable to preserve in Kosovo," said Barović.
He also said that because of this "we must not allow the signing of this act of capitulation".
Doctor Srđa Pavlović from the University of Alberta, Canada, sent a letter from the diaspora with the request that each minister personally declare the text of the basic contract.
Professor from the Faculty of Montenegrin Language and Literature, Jelena Šušanj, said that "on Thursday, like the landing on the monastery, the text will be shamefully adopted in the Government building".
"Religious education in the fundamental contract is an instruction for changing the constitution," Sušanj said.
Miloš Đuričković, a member of the organizing committee of the protest, said that "there are indications that an act of capitulation will be voted on next Sunday". He invited everyone to gather again next week before the Government session.
After the end of the protest, the gathered went on a protest walk through the streets in the center of Podgorica.
