The Democrats of Budva accused the mayor of Budva that during the turbulent events in the summer of 2020, he sat with Milutin Simović and arranged how to "register the stolen state land in Krimovica as his own".
The statement signed by the Democrats of Budva reacts to today's announcement by MANS regarding the process led by Tsarević in the Kotor court.
"We believe that today it is clear to every citizen of Budva and Montenegro who cooperated with the DPS during the siege of Budva in 2020, as well as before that shameful summer of 2020. So, after being allowed by the DPS to usurp and stole hundreds of thousands of square meters from the state, after he was helped by the DPS Government with subsidies, after everything he usurped was mapped out by the Government of Duško Marković by adopting the Spatial Plan of the Municipality of Kotor on August 10, 2020, who can claim today that Tsarević as an official of the DF was threatened during the rule of the former regime. Absolutely everything he did illegally, the former regime tried to legalize, and the main role in this was played by Milutin Simović, apparently a business partner of Tsarević," the statement reads.
According to Demokarat's information, he was not only helped by Milutin Simović, "certain meetings and agreements were also made at the famous Bajramovica, but we will talk about that another time".
"Dear citizens of Budva, while they were deposing us and preparing us for arrests and all kinds of lies and abominations, Bato Tsarević was sitting in the Government of Montenegro on the same day with Simović and his gang, and was agreeing on how to transfer to himself what he stole from the citizens of the municipality of Kotor and Montenegro Above. Even, as we can see from the minutes today, he said that he was not interested in the events in Budva, and that he did not accept that the meeting should be postponed because of that, but his personal interest was more important to him. Tsarević certainly completed his mission, because they are also in DF - aware that he is burdened with too many affairs and long-term cooperation with the former regime, so they threw him away like a rag and replaced him with Milo Božović. What is very interesting is that Tsarević's head of cabinet is the man who participated and implemented everything that Tsarević arranged with the former regime, Mr. Jovanović, now the first with Božović, which means that it is an ordinary maneuver and that regardless of Tsarević's retreat, DF Budva will be ready to continue on the same path, only without Tsarević personally," say Democrats of Budva.
As they add, before he was removed, Tsarević "settled with a 30-year concession for the quarry in Krimovica".
"Unfortunately again by the 42nd Government of Montenegro, i.e. after August 30. Now they are trying to solve the farm on Krimovica and the Ploče beach, by the 43rd Government of Montenegro and through URE and Dritan Abazović. In Morski Dobr, managed by DF official Mladen Mikijelj and URE official Blažo Rađenović, a Commission was formed consisting of Nikola Jovanović (Chief of Carević's cabinet), the President of the Commission and members lawyer Marija Vujović and lawyer Nikola Bajković, all in a clear relationship with Tsarević and DF. has the task of preparing the "Report on the verification of the Agreement on the use of marine property no. 0210-238/4 dated 17.03.2003 year", so it is the Agreement by which the Ploče beach was assigned to the Tsarevićs back in 2003, which has expired for years. Tsarević has been using the beach for several years completely illegally, and according to our information, the report was prepared in advance, and in its conclusion, the Commission states that the Agreement should be extended , and the reasons why it is still valid," the Democrats point out.
They invite the competent prosecutor's offices to take an interest in the work of this Commission in Morski Dobr.
"Now they have a public notice that this is ongoing, so let's see if they will do their job or if Tsarević will continue to do whatever he wants, stealing from the citizens of Montenegro without any consequences or sanctions for such behavior. We certainly invite the public to follow the proceedings prosecutor's office, especially ODT Kotor, and we publicly give our word that such deals and combinations are coming to an end and that we will direct all our strength, in the political sense, in that direction," the Democrats conclude.
