Abazović congratulated Kovačevski and Rama: I hope that we will soon meet in the great family of European nations

The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dritan Abazović, congratulated the Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Dimitar Kovačevski, and the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, on the opening of accession negotiations with the European Union (EU).

After almost two decades of waiting, North Macedonia and Albania opened negotiations with the EU today.

"I congratulate our friends and allies Dimitar Kovačevski and Edi Rama on the beginning of negotiations on EU accession. I hope that we will all soon meet together in the great family of European nations. The Western Balkans deserves new value, progress and stability," wrote Abazović on Twitter.
