The Municipal Committee of the Democrats in Budva expects all constituents of the current government in that city to publicly identify themselves and react to the attacks that are being made these days, not by members of the Municipal Organization of the Movement for Change from Budva, but by the headquarters of that party, said the Budva Committee of the Democrats.
As they point out, they especially expect that from the seventeen councilors who voted for Dragan Krapović to be the president of the Municipality of Budva.
Brutal fabrications and lies at the expense of Democrats and Mayor Krapović, the Budva committee of that party point out, are just a continuation of the unstoppable decline and disappearance of the Movement for Change from the political scene of Montenegro, and in Budva, according to the Democrats, they have not existed for a long time.
As they add, if the main figures of the Movement for Change agree with the above-mentioned accusations in the local committees of the PzP and the Democratic Front, of which the PzP is a member, the Democrats expect to be informed about it without delay.
"In the event that they support such insane attacks by the PZP leader, we invite them to launch an initiative to remove President Krapović, and we are sure that such a decision will have the support of 12 DPS councilors. It is clear that the attacks on the Democrats, who designed in the premises of the DB and marketed to Medojević, the product of the ever-increasing support that the Democrats enjoy in Budva and in other municipalities in Montenegro. The lies and fabrications that we hear these days from those who are no longer allowed to even mention the DPS are the product of the frenzy and insanity that is happening in the heads of eternal, professional oppositionists, who do not manage in any other role. It is also symptomatic that Budva is not the only municipality where PZP causes problems in the functioning of the opposition government at the state level.
Unfortunately for Medojević, the Democrats add, he could not find anyone from Budva whom he could persuade to "bring forth such nonsense", because the people of Budva know Dragan Krapović and his family, as well as all the members of the Democrats from Budva, very well.
"So, on the order of the DB, they came to Budva and embarked on an insane campaign, which will very quickly return to them like a boomerang. The last announcement of Bajčetić, who was informed about the situation in Budva by the person in question, is particularly pathetic. When they have no evidence, they stick to good old barking without cover. Everything is well known in Budva, so for the sake of the public in Budva we are not even obliged to answer such nonsense. We do this exclusively for the sake of the public of Montenegro, because the intention of the PZP is to harm the Democrats, not to wish the citizens well ," noted the Budva Democrats committee.
They add that citizens can see the results of the work of Dragan Krapović and his associates in the executive power these days, and that, in their opinion, does not suit individuals who "because of their blind, personal interests eagerly expected that no changes would be seen in action in Budva for the better."
"Without wishing to give additional time and attention to Medojević and Bajčetić, due to the survival of the authorities in Budva, we once again call on everyone, especially the local DF, to promptly decide on the newly created situation. We emphasize that we are only interested in the position of the local boards, because Budva will no longer be manage from Podgorica. Even in the worst case, it meant new elections, for which we are ready. But not the citizens," concluded the Municipal Committee of the Democrats in Budva.
