At today's session, the Government of Montenegro considered several personnel issues.
The Government passed a Decision on the termination of the mandate of the Director General of the Directorate for International Cooperation in the former Ministry of Justice, Human and Minority Rights, Sreten Jakić, as well as the Director General of the Directorate for Execution of Criminal Sanctions in the former Ministry of Justice, Human and Minority Rights, Darko Bulatović.
The Government adopted a decision on the appointment of Branimir Janjević as Acting Director General of the Directorate for International Judicial Cooperation in the Ministry of Justice and on the appointment of Stevan Brajušković as Acting Director General of the Directorate for Criminal Sanctions and Supervision in the Ministry of Justice.
By the decision of the Government from today's session, a decision was made on the termination of the mandate of the director of the Directorate for Hydrocarbons, Marko Adžić.
The government also passed a decision to appoint Gazmend Cuca as the acting secretary of the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights; that Mersida Aljićević be designated as acting director general of the Directorate for Social and Child Protection in the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare; to appoint Neda Ojdanić as acting general director of the Directorate for Informatics and Analytical and Statistical Affairs in the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare.
It also made a decision to appoint Bogdan Fatić as the acting director of the Hydrocarbons Administration.
Lidija Ljumović was appointed acting general director in the Directorate for Innovation, Openness of Public Administration and Cooperation with NGOs in the Ministry of Public Administration.
Armend Milla was appointed State Secretary in the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism.
The Government proposed to the Assembly of the National Tourism Organization of Montenegro to dismiss the members of the Supervisory Board, representatives of the Government, Miloš Mišković and Maja Mitrović, and to appoint Jasna Vujović and Miloš Medenica.
It also issued a Decision to appoint Stevana Gajević as State Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management; and issued a Decision on the termination of the mandate of the director general of the Directorate for the encouragement and development of cultural and artistic creativity in the former Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, Andrija Radulović.
The Government passed a Decision on the termination of the mandate of the Director General of the Directorate for Media in the former Ministry of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media, Neđeljko Rudović; and issued a Decision on the appointment of Neđeljko Rudović as Acting Director General of the Directorate for Media in the Ministry of Culture and Media.
It also issued a Decision on appointing Dobrila Vlahović as Acting Director General of the Directorate for Cultural Heritage in the Ministry of Culture and Media, and issued a Decision to appoint Milena Mijović Durutović as Acting Director General of the Directorate for Cultural and Artistic Creativity in the Ministry of Culture and Media.
A decision was made on the termination of the duties of acting director of the Administration for the Protection of Cultural Property, Mladen Zagarčanin; and the Decision appointing Maja Ćetković as acting director of the Administration for the Protection of Cultural Property.
The Government passed a Decision on the termination of duties of Acting Assistant Director of the Railway Administration, Milorad Nikić.
A decision was made on the termination of the mandate of the director general of the Directorate for Labor and Employment in the former Ministry of Economic Development, Jevrosima Pejović; and the Decision on the termination of the mandate of the General Director of the Directorate for Pension and Disability Insurance and Veterans and Disability Protection in the former Ministry of Finance and Social Welfare, Jova Pajović.
The Government issued a Decision on the appointment of Aleksandar Memčević as Acting Director General of the Directorate for Labor in the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare; and passed the Decision on the dismissal of the members of the Management Board of the Labor Fund Jevrosima Pejović, Vuk Novaković, Radmila Sekulić and Ranko Radonjić and the appointment of Vuk Novaković, Zoran Ratković, Albert Camaj and Nađa Pekić as new members.
It issued a Decision on the dismissal of the president and member of the Management Board of the JU "Center for Professional Rehabilitation" Aleksandra Mugoša and Mensud Grbović and the appointment of Ramazan Laniku as president and Ahmed Hadžićaz as a member of the Management Board.
The Government passed a Decision on the dismissal of Director of the Compensation Fund Đorđina Lakić, as well as a Decision on the appointment of Elmir Kurtagić as Director of the Compensation Fund.
