Minister of Foreign Affairs Ranko Krivokapić left the Government session, as he announced at the beginning that he would leave as soon as he says what he has about the Basic Agreement.
Krivokapić replied to Joković that he respects the success of the SNP, but with complete disagreement.
"We will meet, we will be elected, we will agree - I hope more, disagree less, some willingly or unwillingly, reach the EU, as we reached NATO. The SDP constantly proved its right against its political opponents," said the MFA.
The Minister of European Affairs, Jovana Marović, said that the law does not allow the internal note presented by Krivokapić to be read publicly, stating that the Ministry of European Affairs also submitted that note to the MFA.
"As for the chance, we will see what the annual report of the European Commission will be like. While I am in this position, I will do everything to make that chance come true".
The Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Joković said that the SNP fulfilled the goal for which they joined this Government.
"I am also proud that the prime minister, an ethnic Albanian, made the agreement signed. And that is its added value".
He pointed out that the Basic Agreement was not directed against any religious community, but only the regulation of relations between a religious community and the state of Montenegro.
"Even though we are now parting ways, I believe that we will meet over the Judicial Council, the Law on the Origin of Property, Crime...", he studied Krivokapić.
Krivokapić replied that he was not implying national divisions in Montenegro.
"One is the attitude towards the institution - the church that denies the Montenegrins, and the other is towards the Serbs and their religious beliefs".
He pointed out that there was no persecution against Albanians on his part, stating that he defended Albanians in Belgrade.
Speaking about the Belvedere, he asked how it was reported that a Molotov cocktail had been thrown at Cetinje several hours before it was actually thrown.
"You, not all of you, went to my cousin's for popcorn then".
He pointed out that today did not solve anything, but opened up all the problems.
Abazović said that the citizens should know that the idea was to activate this issue before the elections in Podgorica and "to have a new September 4 and 5 and a new Belvedere".
"The point is that we have the north of Kosovo in October in Podgorica so that (Ivan) Vuković stays to save the City Television and finance fascism," said the prime minister.
Abazović said that he values Krivokapić more as a person than politically.
"Now there will be a big uproar... It has to happen, I'm ready".
Abazović thanked Krivokapić for mentioning Aerodrome because, as he said, that way he confirmed the thesis that all the attacks on him and members of the Government are coming from the kitchen.
“Just to say. Tell the colleague (Raško Konjević) who is absent today - to the one who said that before he does something that has already been done by a high-ranking official in the security sector, that many heads will fall, to hurry up. Because if the head does not fall, they will answer before the law. Tell him that. Let him continue to finance your propaganda, but since he sent that message that heads will fall before that, as far as I'm concerned, since I'm the first target, hurry up. If that doesn't happen, it will end up where it belongs".
Krivokapić added that it was subterfuge.
Krivokapić said that behind him and the SDP are three decades, not 100 days.
"Don't think that you have honored someone with this government. I will be personal, in 2016 I honored you for entering the Government without a party with two ministers, and not you me".
In response, Krivokapić said that the prime minister presented the past as a primary topic and that this is what European partners think.
"Historically, you put it in front of the European path of Montenegro. The Catholic Church, the Islamic community and other religious communities in Montenegro are not the same. Let's put an end to that fraud, because they didn't come to Montenegro through the annexation of Montenegro, they didn't take the cultural assets of Montenegro, but they were there, behind the Kingdom of Montenegro, even today. This religious community came about through the abolition of the constitutional, autocephalous Montenegrin Orthodox Church, through the violent annexation of Montenegro. She took someone else's, that is, ours. He is illegally holding the cultural and historical monuments of Montenegro," said Krivokapić.
Abazović pointed out that anyone who wants destabilization is helping Russian influence in Montenegro, and wants to do what happened in Kosovo, but in October.
"That was your projection, my projection was today's. "Today, no one invaded Montenegro, we decided on our own to provoke anyone who thinks differently without fanfare," said the Prime Minister.
He said that the signing of the Basic Agreement was a big step for Montenegro, and that every important issue was resolved in 100 days.
Abazović emphasized that those with the Sky application have a reason to push the country into destabilization.
He pointed out that he expects Krivokapić to prosecute the fact that he claims that TU is unconstitutional, but to apologize to him if it turns out that this is not the case.
"What you are talking about is what a very small percentage of the population wants. The days and years ahead will show you that. People want a hotel, a kindergarten, better wages, jobs, and they don't want division".
Krivokapić said that he was sorry that, as the 43rd Government, they missed the opportunity to complete the next phase towards the EU, so that the citizens would live in a safer and more orderly society.
"This does not mean that the elections will not give an opportunity to form a European government and turn the current stoppage into a result again," said the MFA.
Prime Minister Dritan Abazović said that it is a sad day for everyone who wants to live in the past, but a beautiful day for those who want to close issues from the past in a democratic way.
“I'm sorry if you belong to the first category. But in terms of format and knowledge, you belong to another category".
He said that there is no commissioner for religious issues in the EU, nor does it exist in Aki, but the fact that they are part of propaganda in Montenegro is another story.
"The basic agreement should have been signed to come from a majority of 54 or 49 and full consensus. I announced that a month ago. Now we will all have the opportunity in the Parliament to vote for European issues", said the Prime Minister.
He emphasized that "there are occupiers-criminals here" who are holding the country hostage, stating that they are fighting against them.
"And because of which we are no longer in the EU", adding that such propaganda is a consequence of the activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He pointed out that he is ready to go home, but that he is not ready for someone to hold the country hostage.
"You thought that the power of a financial group, which had already started a campaign through a quasi-portal, would be enough to influence the prime minister to move from his path. That will not happen. In the elections, I predict the return of that policy financed by those power centers. I would like you not to be on that ship, but I think that the structures of your party are on that ship and that's why the Government should collapse".
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ranko Krivokapić, citing an internal document from Brussels, which has not yet officially arrived at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said that due to the Basic Agreement, the draft report of the European Commission to Montenegro for 2022 is quite negative.
Citing an internal document, he said that there is no understanding in Brussels circles, why, at a crucial moment for the process of European integration for Montenegro, the focus is on issues such as the Basic Treaty, thus calling into question Montenegro's historic chance to speed up its path to EU:
"This kind of attitude towards a historical chance is one of the reasons why the current draft report of the European Commission to Montenegro for 2022 is quite negative".
Krivokapić said that fraud is also allowed in politics if the consequences are small.
"Much has been done in this country by fraud. This is the day that took us away from the EU. There are sanctions for mistakes and successes. Prime Minister, this was neither a nice nor an appropriate day. You have no right to ratify anything, any more than my grandmother"
He pointed out that the SNP fulfilled the main priority of entering the Government.
The fifteenth session of the Government, presided over by Prime Minister Dritan Abazović, began around 11.30:XNUMX a.m.
Earlier today, Abazović signed the Fundamental Agreement between the state and the Serbian Orthodox Church with Serbian Patriarch Porfiri in Villa Gorica.
