Beran Democrats councilor Martin Kljajić said that the Minister of Health and Vice President of the Socialist People's Party (SNP) Dragoslav Šćekić "lost his political honor" with the coalition with the DPS.
Kljajić replied to Šćekić, who asked "whether the Democrats are ready, contrary to their declaration of honor, to overthrow the reform government with the DPS".
"The declaration of honor is there and will always be there and we are proud of it and in front of it Šćekić and everyone like Šćekić, who cheated the electoral will of the citizens and formed a coalition with the DPS. We kept our word, we opposed the DPS and all the governments formed under the baton of the DPS. As then, as well as today," Kljajić stated.
Accusing Šćekić of being a "disguised DPS member", he also asked several questions.
"Have you ever been ashamed of the fact that you deceived the voters, formed a coalition with the DPS, sat in ministerial chairs with eight ministers who are against the Basic Agreement, and then replaced the Democrats' cadres and replaced them with DPS cadres, i.e. all those who are against the Basic Agreement? You are not. Will you explain to the citizens of Montenegro what you were rewarded for the return of the DPS to power, how much they gave you then, and how much now to keep them in power? You can also express yourself numerically. We think that this is the only way to answer this question. Did you even scratch your political cheek a little when you voted for the assistant director of the ANB who comes from the former regime, the one who followed, eavesdropped, recorded and secretly photographed Metropolitan Amfilohi, leaders of the opposition, NGO activists and journalists? We doubt it. Have you ever been ashamed of the fact that you were never allowed to sign a declaration of honor that you would never exercise power with the DPS? No, because to you, armchairs are more important than political honor and face ".
Kljajić also asked Šćekić "why are you angry with the Democrats for quarreling, in your coalition, with the DPS". He said that they should solve it "at the coalition meetings where you demolished the 42nd and formed the 43rd DPS Government and there is no problem". "How did Ljubo Milović escape from Montenegro during the mandate of the Government in which Šćekić sits? If it were up to this Government, not even a street cocaine dealer would have been detained, let alone a high-ranking member of the Kavačka clan, but it is fortunate that Montenegro has the honorable and a non-corrupt SDT that does its job in accordance with the Constitution and the Law. If you and others like you had asked, we would have the SDT - DPS today, just as you agreed with the DPS on the Judicial Council so that the same DPS would be elected judges and thus completely made the work of the independent prosecutor meaningless. We believe it is the easiest question for you because this is after all a question from your profession - please, explain to the citizens how the Health Fund was robbed and how the tenders in this Fund were rigged," he said. Kljajic.
He also asked Šćekic if "it's unpleasant that you whine and whine so much about armchairs".
"We thank you in advance for your answers and express our regret that you remembered honor only when the chairs started to shake because, if you had thought about honor earlier and honor was imperative for you, you would not have formed a dishonorable coalition and that without scruples and questions. Except, of course, the question that concerned the arrangement of the armchairs. And finally, Mr. Šćekić, you know that you can ask us five hundred more questions, but on the question of honor, don't. You are not authoritative. You do not know that term. It is completely unknown to you even in practice and in theory.
