The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dritan Abazović, announced today that he is calling on the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SST) to investigate "all the nebulous accusations that are linked to my name, published by the quasi-portal in the role of "Strike 2", which is responsible for leading the dirtiest campaign against me, similar to the one in August 2020".
Mportal, close to the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), published an article last night in which it is stated that members of one of the most notorious Balkan clans are arranging the purchase and gift of encrypted phones for Abazović.
"I believe that it is clear to everyone where this is coming from and that the ring is tightening around criminal structures close to certain political groups within the DPS, whose goal is to destabilize Montenegro in order to preserve their financial power, but more importantly for them - avoid justice. I am at the disposal of the state authorities for any clarifications. At the same time, I call on those who intended to "remove my head" to hurry up. Even if they succeed in their criminal intent, they will not stop the hand of justice. Everything is neatly preserved and stored where it should be. We look forward to everything that follows," Abazović wrote on the Telegram social network.
DPS MP Danijel Živković announced earlier today that the party is asking for an immediate reaction from the SDT, on the occasion of which he ordered the published correspondence in which it is stated that the former coordinator of the security services and the current prime minister Dritan Abazović used encrypted communication with members of the OKG (organized criminal group) which is recognized at the international level.
