Democratic Montenegro accused the leader of the Democratic Party of Socialists, Milo Đukanović, of having personally ordered the installation of an offensive poster against Vladimir Martinović at the obituary site.
"That Đukanović and his contractors on the premises do not stop at anything when they find themselves in a likely situation of losing power at all levels, the best proof is the scandalous procedure which, according to our information, was personally ordered by the "boss" of DPS and the president of all criminals. Namely, shameful posters, photomontages, which slander and insult the vice-president of the Democrats and the holder of our list in Kolašin, Vladimir Martinović, have been appearing in Kolašin for some time. Aside from the fact that everything suggested by them is a bare falsehood, today they left and a step further. The DPS, on the orders of Đukanović personally, sent a mafia-style message to Vladimir Martinović today," state the Democrats.
They say that placing a poster of Martinović, who is the holder of the list for Kolašin, at the obituary place is a clear threatening message to Martinović "and drawing a target on his forehead directly by Milo Đukanović."
"It is known that in the DPS, in any local committee, nothing can be done without the signal of the "boss". And what does it mean when Đukanović draws targets and thus gives criminals a free hand to shoot and kill? for the second time, journalist Olivera Lakić felt. Bearing in mind the environment that Đukanović's politics and he personally created and continue to create, these things must not go unnoticed and unpunished. We expect the competent prosecution to reveal the funeral homes as soon as possible and, as is even more important, the perpetrators of such senseless and shameful acts, in order to prevent the consequences that these monstrous actions entail. For Đukanović, a message, but not a mafia one as we see him sending: we know that you are nervous because you will not return Kolašin under your control and "We know you're nervous because you're going to lose the election, but you're not going to scare us. The hand of the rule of law will catch up with you soon," the Democrats said in an unsigned statement.
