The President of Prava Montenegro Marko Milačić announced that Dritan Abazović and his party (GP URA) by voting for the so-called "Zeta laws" showed that they are not giving up on Milo Đukanović, regardless of whether he will continue cooperation with the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) from the position prime minister or deputy.
Milačić points out that we should not forget "that the SNP participated in the submission of this illegitimate and unconstitutional law, which subsequently, after pressure from citizens, reluctantly withdrew its signature and support".
Joković and Abazović and Joković together with the DPS voted for "Đukanović's Judicial Council".
"Those who largely return the DPS, namely URA and SNP, have no right to lead the country. Those who reject the citizens of the Capital City, who take away their acquired right to vote in the existing elections, righteous from Zeta, a financially problematic, administrative ghetto, cannot lead the country on behalf of those citizens," Milacic said.
"Punishing the citizens of Zeća because of their political affiliation and depriving them of the right to vote in the already scheduled elections in Podgorica, immediately throwing them into an unsustainable administrative ghetto called the Municipality of Zeta, without appropriate contents and municipal boundaries, is just the latest in a series of examples of such an outdated and highly condemned policy among citizens , which began with the unconstitutional election of an illegitimate government a little more than 100 days ago," Milacic announced.
He raises the question whether every electoral unit in Podgorica in which one of the constituents wins on August 30 will be expelled from Podgorica, if this disturbs the electoral engineering of URE and DPS, because as he says, "this is not a law on the formation of the municipality of Zeta, this is the law on the expulsion of the citizens of Zeć from the voter's list in Podgorica".
"The crime that was created by local electoral engineering is best illustrated by the judgment of the Constitutional Court, which condemned such actions, despite the misfortune that their consequences have already created irreversible chaos in depriving citizens of the right to elect their local governments, which injustice is being prolonged every day of the long-expired four-year mandates local assemblies, led by the capital of Montenegro, Podgorica".
Milačić says that Prava Montenegro will do everything and act as it should to end the political, legal and institutional nonsense into which the URA and SNP have introduced society, cooperating with the DPS and "causing criminal acts of political life, crimes of the criminal community. like the previous 30 years".
