When it comes to the signing of the Basic Agreement, which Prava Montenegro supported, as stated in the announcement, "The Presidency noted with regret that by returning the DPS to political decision-making, not only the position of the church in Montenegro is called into question, but and the social consensus around the Law on Freedom of Religion, as well as the apparently ceremonial signing of the Basic Agreement, which the URA and the SNP are so proud of, and which they shamelessly abuse for days to preserve their seats".
