Ulićević to DPS: While you were playing havoc and buying votes for 30 years, the independence and well-being of Zeta did not occur to you

While you ravaged Montenegro for thirty years and secured power by buying votes, you did not think of independence and the so-called well-being of the current Municipality of Zeta, but Zeta was the last part of the territory of the Capital City whose prosperity you were concerned about and whose improvement you contributed to.

This was said by the President of the Committee of the Right of Montenegro Zeta Svetozar Ulićević, reacting to yesterday's announcement of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Zeta.

"If the fight for Zeta and the will of Zećan is political brokering as you call it, then Marko Milačić and Milan Knežević can wear the assigned labels with pride. Exactly what you are doing is scoring cheap political points for your party, which has been politically kept alive for years thanks to criminal actions and trampling on the Constitution and the Law, which you were not allowed to speak about while the honorable citizens of Zeć were protesting," Ulićević said in a statement delivered to the media by Prava Crna Gora.

Ulićević believes that "taking into account the collapse that the DPS experienced in the parliamentary elections, where the libertarian people of Zeta expressed their will, the DPS no longer has a place in Zeta".

"This is not your year 2018, when you occupied Zeta through the 'envelope' affair and other humiliating mechanisms, contrary to the will of the citizens. In the period since you have been at the head of Zeta, you have not done anything good for the people of Zeć, we understand that you should have counted the dirty money from the envelope and use it in an even dirtier campaign, which you announce to us again by materializing the resources of Zeta in some new term. The citizens of Zeta will not allow you to do that," says Ulićević.

He also said that "today, while DPS is trying to stay in power at least in one municipality, and it is not Petnjica, Gusinje or Tuzi, it has once again put into operation the well-known pre-election engineering".

"If you were in power for a shorter time and the citizens of Zeta didn't know you well, maybe someone would believe your words about responsible politics and you as good DPS hosts of Zeta. This way, you are causing ridicule from every Zeta resident, because you are good hosts only for your thirty years of loot, which Zeta will never be a part of," Ulićević concluded.
