The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, thanked the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dritan Abazović, who attended today's "Open Balkans" Summit as a guest, for having the courage to make difficult decisions.
"During the 100 days of Dritan Abazović's government, he can say more than his predecessors for an entire decade. And the rest of us are trying to leave our deeds behind. That's why we will work, whether it is ideal, whether everything is going easily - of course no. But I don't believe that anyone expected that in the beginning," said Vučić.
To that, RTS reports, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama asked if he could also say something about Abazović, to which Vučić noted with a smile that "that's how it is when you have three hosts".
Regarding the fact that Abazović is the prime minister in a technical mandate, since his government was recently voted no-confidence in the assembly, Rama noted that he has seen several prime ministers who have stayed in their mandate longer than when they first started their mandate.
"He's going to break the record on this one ... and I'm sure as time goes on, people will regret kicking him out, because it would have been easier to get rid of him if they hadn't," Rama said, partially joking.
