The representative of the "Black on White" coalition, which consists of the Citizens' Movement URA and the Citizens' Alliance CIVIS, Miloš Konatar (URA) said that at the meeting of the old parliamentary majority, they conveyed the position of the "Black on White" coalition that the current prime minister in a technical mandate, Dritan Abazović, should remain prime minister. and that this is a guarantee that the fight against corruption will continue.
After today's meeting of the old parliamentary majority, he told reporters that Abazović is recommended for this by his results so far in the fight against corruption.
Konatar said that the Democrats' proposal that nine deputies of URE, CIVIS and the Socialist People's Party (SNP) do not have the right to propose candidates for prime minister and president of the Assembly is absurd.
"If anyone has the intention to reach an agreement, it is not possible to reach it without nine MPs. This tells me that with today's attitude, the MPs of Democratic Montenegro have taken a step back when it comes to reaching an agreement and that they are setting the stage for an agreement not to be reached. If If you want to reach an agreement, then you have to include everyone," Konatar said.
Konatar said that he will be persistent and that on Monday he will present the same position that Abazović should be prime minister.
Then he expects Abazović to get everyone's support.
Srđan Pavićević (CIVIS) said that at the meeting he did not get an answer as to what Abazović was doing badly.

"We were told that it is not up to us to run for office, where does anyone get that right. We are eager to make a compromise," Pavićević said.
He pointed out that the only name mentioned today was Abazović's.
