The Russian Embassy in Montenegro said that due to "hostile behavior of the Montenegrin authorities" they are suspending the work of the consular department from September 30.
They spoke about today's events, during which six of their diplomats were declared persona non grata.
"In connection with the hostile behavior of the Montenegrin authorities towards the Embassy of Russia in Montenegro, the work of the consular department has been suspended from September 30 for an indefinite period," they wrote on their official Facebook page.
