The deputy president of the Europe Now Movement, Jakov Milatović, congratulated the executive director of the Network for the Affirmation of the Non-Governmental Sector (MANS), Vanja Ćalović Marković, on being awarded the Knight of the National Order of Merit of France.
Ćalović Marković was presented with the award today by the French ambassador in Podgorica, Kristijan Timonije.
