"Not everything is for sale and we must not allow our man to be reduced to that level and become so impoverished that he exceeds the limit of human dignity, because he is our greatest resource. Tycoonism, money of dubious origin, unplanned construction, moving the boundaries of the National Park for a better view from terraces, money laundering, boasting of people, to whom the law does not apply, irresponsibility and abuse of resources, which belong to all of us," said Ostojić during the pre-election campaign for local elections in Žabljak, according to the statement of Prava Montenegro.
He added that what motivated him to become politically engaged was the inconsistency of the previous actors on the political scene and bringing Žabljak to the level of biological survival.
"We all know that about twenty students enrolled in the first grade of elementary school in Žabljak this year. This is a devastating figure, and it is the result of long-term negligence, neglect of the entire region. Neglect of people's needs, lack of organization, putting private interests in the foreground," he says. Ostojić.
He states that taking money out of Žabljak is also a problem.
"By abolishing small shops, we got large supermarkets that withdraw money, but do not invest anything in the premises. Also, the inexplicable fact is that Žabljak and all the surrounding municipalities, on the territory of which the National Park is located, belong to the poorest municipalities, which is a shameful fact. The real Montenegro Žabljak, whose head I am immediately after coming into power on October 23, as soon as we send the DPS into the political past, will strongly tackle all the mentioned problems in order to return Žabljak to itself," concluded Ostojić.
