As a doctor, I will advocate for a healthy population, because it is the most important resource of society and contributes to its overall social and economic progress, said Božika Subašić, a candidate for councilor on the electoral list "Fundamentally for the Bar" in the elections on October 23.
"Our priority will be the construction of a Home for the elderly in Bar, such a home that will contain all elements of the community in order to eliminate any kind of alienation. Such a Home for the elderly will enable us not to forget that the quality of life in the third age is very important for the preservation of physical and mental health of our elderly fellow citizens," Subašić pointed out, in a statement sent to the media by the Socialist People's Party (SNP).
She added that health is an individual's greatest wealth, but this fact also represents an additional responsibility for society as a whole.
"I will try to activate forgotten dispensaries in the rural areas of Bar municipality and to open pharmacies at dispensaries in Sutomor, Virpazar, Pečurice and Ostros", says Subašić.
She concluded that the help and support of younger generations is very important in this, which she says will certainly not be missing.
