Protest of the opposition, they said that they would not allow the "newly married people of Šavnica" to vote

From July 1 to today, almost 400 citizens from nine Montenegrin municipalities moved to Šavnik, mostly from Nikšić. That's why the opposition coalitions of the Poddurmitor municipality organized a protest today and blocked the main Nikšić-Šavnik road for about fifteen minutes, at the very entrance to the town, and said that, if necessary, they would physically stop all "newly married" people from Šavnik who have nothing to do with it. at the end, except for scheduled elections.

They know that the municipality of Šavnik abounds in numerous natural beauties, but they do not believe that the new residents of Šavnik, those who have nothing to do with that area, came for that beauty, but for the upcoming local elections.

"Those who are preparing to come from other tribes and regions and be the tip of the scales that will bring victory to DPS... should know that dozens and hundreds of people will welcome them in such a way that they will be taught by that experience in the future Drobnjak and bypass Šavnik in a wide arc. Nine times in their history, the people of Drobnjak stood up and burned for freedom and justice. They will stand up for the tenth time and if they have to burn again, but we will not allow fellow citizens and other nobles to vote and shape our future in an unfair way. From this place, I call on the state authorities and relevant ministries to react and prevent this evident election robbery, otherwise they will be responsible for all potential unrest and consequences that our righteous resistance will cause. I am asking the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the prosecution to react quickly and by removing the intruders, put out the fuse in Šavnica a barrel of gunpowder," said Slavko Perošević from the "For the Future of Šavnik" coalition.

As he said, in Šavnik, where from October to May it is rare to meet "a human being on the street, these days there is an indescribable liveliness, to the extent that Šavnik irresistibly reminds of Alaska and California from the era when these countries were shaken by the 'Gold Rush' ".

"There are long queues in front of the police station, in which 'newly married' citizens of Šavnica are pushing, many of whom cannot even remember the address where they live. For a long time I searched for adequate terminology to explain this quasi-social phenomenon and after much thought I qualified it as "group rape of citizens' electoral will for an extended period of time", and the biggest victims of this are the famous Drobnja honesty and our old tribal culture and ethics throughout the Serbian regions," said Perošević.

As he pointed out, "the top of the Šavnica DPS, which has ruled for decades according to the same matrix, not shying away from threats, blackmail, bribes and all other legal actions, is trying to win this time in the same way".

"No one disputes the right of people who have houses and properties in the territory of the municipality of Šavnica to exercise the right to vote, but in recent weeks the fraudulent machinery of the DPS has been massively registering people, most of whom have never set foot in our municipality. At some addresses in Šavnica, it was reported in small apartments and 10-15 new voters each, most of whom do not have surnames characteristic of the Drobnja region. The highlight of it all is that the former president of the Judicial Council, Vesna Simović Zvicer, grossly violating judicial and legal ethics, also rushed to exercise her quasi-voting right in Šavnik ", said Perosevic.

Personally, as he said, he is a little surprised by the fact that "the top of the Šavnica DPS, in which sit people who boast of high academic titles in the field of legal sciences, resorted to these extremely immoral and unprincipled methods that contradict the basics of legal ethics and all moral and ethical values ​​of our tribes".

"In contemporary and modern European worlds, candidates' programs and the political charisma of their holders face each other in election battles. But the only development vision, idea and program of the current local self-government is: how and in what way to steal the elections most effectively," said Perošević.

According to him, the liberated people no longer have any fear, and the free-thinking residents of Šavnik are saying "stop the election violence".

"Drobnjak has not been trampled by time, the Drobnjaci are an insurgent tribe," read one banner.

"They said that the newly composed voters of Šavnica will not be allowed to vote on October 23 at the cost of a national revolt," said Perošević.

Bojan Jakić from the SNP said that hundreds of citizens of Šavnik will be on the "bumper of the electoral will" and will not allow "newly minted citizens of Šavnik" to vote. As he said, he will get in the way of all election machinations of "DPS and its satellites" and send them into the past.

He said that they get information about newly registered voters from the DPS office, a party which, according to him, is being left by an increasing number of members these days in Šavnik. He read individual surnames of citizens who are on the list of those who immigrated, who were never in the Šavnica region.

According to current data, the mandate in Šavnik is worth about 60 votes.
