Russia has banned the entry into the country of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro Ranko Krivokapić, the Minister of Defense of Montenegro Raško Konjević and the former director of the National Security Agency (ANB) Sava Kentera in response to Podgorica declaring Russian diplomats persona non grata, reports Sputnik.
"On October 14, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia sent a note to the Embassy of Montenegro in Russia about the ban on entry into the RF for Minister of Foreign Affairs Ranko Krivokapić, Minister of Defense Raško Konjević and former director of ANB Sava Kenteri," the ministry said in a statement.
Measure was, as stated, undertaken in response to the hostile decision of the Montenegrin side from September to declare the diplomats of the Russian embassy in Podgorica as persona non grata.
