Minister of Foreign Affairs Ranko Krivokapić said that he was honored to be in the company of allies and friends who were banned from entering the country by Russia.
In addition to Krivokapić, Russia has banned Montenegrin Defense Minister Raško Konjević and former National Security Agency (ANB) Director Sava Kentera from entering the country in response to Podgorica declaring Russian diplomats persona non grata.
"I am honored to be in the company of dear allies and friends - US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, UK Prime Minister Liz Truss, Canadian Foreign Minister Melanie Jolie and others from the NATO Alliance," Krivokapić said on his Twitter account.
He also said that he remains a friend of the Russian people.
"More than those who push and support him in the shameful aggression against Ukraine," said Krivokapić.
