During the election campaign in Podgorica, citizens of this city could hear different messages, slogans and names of candidates for councilors. In the multitude of well-known figures from the political scene of Montenegro and Podgorica, on the list of the Socialist People's Party - Fundamentally for Podgorica, some new faces and names of young people appeared, led by the holder of the list, M.Sc. Nebojša Vuksanović, as a candidate for mayor.
The campaign led and led by this list interested the citizens of Podgorica because they recognized that these are qualified people who want, know and can contribute to the development of their city. The citizens of Podgorica noticed that Nebojša Vuksanović was recommended for mayor of Podgorica by his professional biography. Nebojša is not one of those who have been preparing for political engagement since school. Unlike those, he was first educated in Montenegro, Serbia and America and obtained diplomas from renowned universities. He then built his professional experience in the private sector, both in domestic and international companies. In the last two years, he was particularly noted as the president of the Board of Directors of the company 13. Jul Plantaže and as a dedicated fighter against corruption in that company.
When, during a conversation he had with the gathered citizens during the campaign, he was asked what it is that he and his SNP recommend for managing Podgorica, Nebojša Vuksanović answered without hesitation that it was his professional biography, then the plan that he and his team designed, so that Podgorica would first become a Smart City, and then a city that develops according to all urban and humane rules, which facilitate and improve the life of its citizens. Today, the four elements of the future development of Podgorica are being discussed with interest, which Nebojša Vuksanović explained precisely to his fellow citizens at the beginning of the campaign.
As for the SNP, as a party that the citizens trust more and more as the campaign for the local elections progresses, Nebojša pointed out that the citizens appreciate the fact that the Socialist People's Party fulfilled its promise by joining the 43rd Government of Montenegro. That government, in which the SNP participated, signed the Fundamental Agreement with the Serbian Orthodox Church on August 3, 2022 and thus fulfilled the wish and request of all those who trusted them on August 30, 2020. This is what characterizes the Socialist People's Party and its list holder. When something is promised, it is fulfilled.
And just as the Fundamental Agreement with the Serbian Orthodox Church was signed, Nebojša Vuksanović, as the future mayor, would transform Podgorica into a Smart City in his term of office, as a desirable place to live for all its citizens.
It is no surprise that the slogan Fundamentally for Podgorica is accepted with respect by the citizens of Podgorica. In a sea of fast-paced advertisements and hastily concocted messages, the slogan Temeljno za Podgorica stood out as serious and high-quality. It clearly indicates a responsible and thorough approach to work applied by the SNP and its candidate for mayor.
Perhaps also the fact that the list Temeljno za Podgorica - M.Sc. Nebojša Vuksanović, who won the number 1 spot on the ballot by lot, wants to point out that these are quality and serious personnel, capable of solving the tasks before them and who can lead Podgorica to better days.
