Budva needs new, more powerful and development projects, not just the reconstruction of existing ones, said Dragan Krapović, the holder of the "Let's go people - Dragan Krapović - Democrats - Demos" list. "With the realization of the Arterija Budva or Budva ARTery project, a new promenade on the Grđevica river bed, our city would get a modern promenade with several smaller squares, i.e. open amphitheatres, which will bear the names of the famous Budvanka and Budvan people. Also, a specially designed area for children is planned on the promenade as well as a controlled and regulated commercial part for the sale of local souvenirs, paintings and similar activities," said Krapović.

He said that the idea is a modern solution to pave the 1,6-kilometer riverbed of Grđevica, with accompanying green oases and a bicycle path, with the intention of making it a pedestrian corridor. "We believe that with this project we will revive this part of the city, improve pedestrian communication and connect the Budva bypass and Maine with Slovensko plaža, thus giving new economic value to the facilities along this promenade. "With each new project, we strive to make our Budva more orderly, attractive and better place for its citizens," Krapović said.
