Prava Montenegro will make a big contribution to the historic defeat of the Democratic Party of Socialists in Bijelo Polje, said the leader of Prava Marko Milačić.
As part of the pre-election campaign for the upcoming local elections, Prava Montenegro held a rally in Bijelo Polje.
"On Sunday, we confirm the victory on August 30 in Bijelo Polje. On Sunday, from the local level, we give an answer to what the previous government did to our people on the eve of 2020, when they started to run over our holy places. Bijelo Polje for the first time after their attempt to seize the holy places it corresponds to them, in the local elections. The spirit of those people who fell from power two years ago at the republican level is still in power in Bijelo Polje. The same people who harassed you, who arrested you, who persecuted you, who trampled you your sanctuaries, those same people, those same politics at the local level are still there. We all have to answer them together on Sunday." Milacic stated.
He stated that Prava "will be part of the victory story after the election".
"And we will strongly advocate for the creation of elementary conditions for the life of our youth, our children, our families. We will fight to ensure that young people and many other people do not go to other cities in Montenegro and abroad. That is what is most important." , stated Milacic.
He added that one of the key problems of society is the mafia.
"Perhaps I should talk about a better standard and employment, but we cannot increase the standard, increase employment, which is our primary goal, if there is a mafia in the pores of society. That is why I say that our primary task is to fight the mafia, fight crime, fight against smuggling, the fight against tycoons and those criminals, and many are here in Bijelo Polje, who worked against our children, against our family, against this country, and finally, two years ago, against our Serbian Orthodox Church".
Milačić also stated that the President of Montenegro and the leader of the DPS said a few days ago in Bijelo Polje that the city expects development opportunities, new investments, and that "you only need to vote for Milo Đukanović, and then after October 23, prosperity will finally begin for Bijelo Polje".
"Everything that Đukanović says today about others, about Russia, about Serbia, about warmongering, about treason and when he talks about endangering the national interests of Montenegro, he is talking about himself. When he says that Bijelo Polje was destroyed and that the progress of Bijelo Polje was stopped Polje two years ago, he only talks about himself, because he is the only one in power here for three decades. Bijelo Polje cannot advance even a millimeter while DPS is in power in Bijelo Polje. While Milo Đukanović is in power here, the citizens of Bijelo Polje are in opposition. That's why the citizens of Bijelo Polje should come to power together here on Sunday. All political parties and Prava Montenegro should create a completely different Bijelo Polje from Sunday," said Milačić.
The holder of the Right of Montenegro list in Bijelo Polje, Predrag Terzić, said that at the rallies, they "showed our path in Bijelo Polje".
"Our path is the path of our grandfather, our blessed Metropolitan Amfilohi. We are going and will go that way. Neither to the left nor to the right, only that way," he said.
