The holder of the "Radomir Novaković Cakan – Biram Bar" list, Radomir Novaković Cakan, said that in the next four years they will be guided by a better economy, infrastructure, culture, social issues, youth problems, as well as the further progress of the Bar.
The list headed by Novaković held a final gathering with the citizens of Bar on the plateau by the pool of the Princess Hotel.
Novaković thanked all the councilors of that list in the past term because, as he said, they have not once in four years betrayed the trust of the citizens.
"I expect the same from those who will be elected now. We are in a coalition with the citizens of Bar and none of you must forget that. Our 5 Pillars of Bar program was created together with our fellow citizens and we will not give up on it," he said. Novaković, and it is stated in the announcement Biram Montenegro - Biram Bar.
Milena Božović, candidate for councilor of that list, pointed out that in four years of work, they grew from a small group of friends eager for change into a serious and well-organized party that aims to change Bar for the better.
"If we look at the political scene around us, we will see that the word in politics is trampled on, and that the oaths and promises made in front of thousands of people are not valid. We want to remain a city that accepts all people of good will and a city from which people will not leave in search of a better life "At least someone who has demonstrated his homely attitude through previous work must be in charge. That's why I call on Baranka and Baran women to use their right to vote as much as possible," said Božović.
Citizens were also addressed by Erol Marunović, who pointed out that Bar, from a sleepy seaside town, has become the center of cultural events on the coast.
"With the restoration of the large hall of the House of Culture, not only is the cinema open again, but the conditions have been created for theaters with the most technically demanding performances to host, as well as concerts that we are all looking forward to. "We will not stop at what has been done so far. We have many plans for the next period, in order to return Bar to the cultural map of the region where it belongs", said Marunović.
The candidate for councilor, Ćazim Alković, said that the olive must be the brand of Bar, as well as that the olive house must be the center of olive growing, not in Bar or Montenegro, but in the region.
He is reported to have said that a municipality such as Bar, which lives on tourism and agriculture, must have secretariats for these areas.
Tourist workers and farmers must, as he said, have friends and associates in the municipality, and not encounter closed doors.
He said that the list led by Novaković has no leaders in Podgorica or Belgrade, but that the leaders of this party are citizens of Bar.
