Today, the Minister of Sustainable Development and Tourism Pavle Radulović received the support of MP Andrija Popović (LP) for the Draft Law on Spatial Planning and Building Construction.
Today, he presented changes to the law that are acceptable to Popović, however, this solution is still not acceptable to MPs Genci Nimambeg (FORCA) and Adrijan Vuksanović (HGI).
Popović claims that with the new text, the municipality will participate in the development and decision-making of the spatial plan, which is acceptable to him, because it is believed that this way avoids the centralization of the planning system.
Nimanbegu claims that they do not see these changes that way and that this law will still not get their support. Vuksanovic is against it.
Exactly which legal changes are in question will be discussed more at the Committee for Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning, where the members of that body will vote on the submitted amendments.
