The Democratic Front achieved a historic result in Budva, winning 18 out of a total of 33 council seats in the Budva parliament.
The holder of that list, Milo Božović, declared an absolute victory tonight.
According to 18% of the processed hungers conducted by the DF headquarters, the list "Milo Božović - Budva in the first place - DF" won XNUMX mandates, the list "Dragan Krapović - Let's go people - Democrats, Demos" won four mandates, the list "SNP - Fundamental for Budva" "one term as long as the List "Dr. Dritan Abazović - Can Budva - Can Montenegro - Civil movement URA!".
The list "The real thing, the coalition Unique for Budva - Dragana Mitrović" consisting of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), Social Democratic Party SDP), Social Democrats SD), Citizens' Initiative (GI) "21. May" and the Liberal Party (LP) won the ninth mandate. Compared to the 2020 elections, the DF won seven more mandates, while the Democrats fell from six to four, and the coalition gathered around the DPS, which had 11 mandates, to nine. SNP lost one councilor, and URA had one councilor even then.
The list "Dr. Božidar Vujičić - Civil action - For a better Budva" and the list "Prave Crna Gora za Budva" remained below the census.
Thanking everyone for the election results, especially his team led by Nikola Jovanović, Božović said that they now have a great obligation to fulfill the promises they made to the citizens and that they have a big time ahead of them which they will insist on.
"This victory in Budva is the biggest victory in Montenegro over an organized criminal group called DPS. They did not win nine mandates, although that would be the Istprij minimum. DPs won five mandates out of 33 and that clearly tells them what Budva thinks of them. Not about these people who were on the DPS list, but about their bosses. They thought that since they did not take part when Budva was sacked, they could allow the biggest enemies of this city to hide behind them, who were ready to destroy this city for their personal interests. Five mandates are too many for them in my opinion. I see this as a victory for Budva, not for DF," said Božović.
"We will prove that we keep our word, I will insist that we work a hundred times more than now. I will demand results from my team", said Božović.

Dragan Krapović, the leader of the list of Democratic Montenegro, said that the DF result was impressive and that he congratulated them.
"I'm not sure that it will be beneficial for this city, but I hope so. In the past, we had even greater support for some political subjects in Budva, which did not bring anything good to this city then. I hope that this time it will," he said. is Krapović.
Rađenović: What the citizens of Budva voted for today is that the DPS goes into the past, fortunately for Budva and Podgorica and Montenegro.
The leader of Budva URE Blažo Radjenović said that this is "a victory for all citizens of Budva, Sveti Stefan, Buljarica, Rafailovica, Becic, Jaz, Markovic, Petrovac, Rezevica, Brajic".
"What the citizens of Budva voted for today is that DPS goes into the past, fortunately for Budva and Podgorica and Montenegro." The first step of this campaign was achieved by bringing reconciliation to Budva through this campaign. Jovanović: The coalition around the DPS is at a historic low
Official of the Democratic Front (DF) and manager of the city of Budva, Nikola Jovanović, announced that based on 100 percent of the processed electorate, the DF list led by Milo Božović won absolute power in the local elections in Budva.
"Our list won 18 mandates, the coalition around the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) won a historic minimum, i.e. nine mandates. The electoral list of the SNP won one mandate, Democratic Montenegro four mandates, the URE list one mandate, while the lists Prava Montenegro and The civic action was left out of the census," said Jovanović.
Božović said that the result obligates them to fulfill everything they promised to the citizens.
