Dragan Tufegdžić, the holder of the "Let's go, people, democratic, European, united for Bar" list, said that the coalition around the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) did not win the elections in Bar.
Tufegdžić said that the results and the mandates won are not known until the end.
"We emphasized in our coalition agreement that we will not make any talks or agreements with DPS alone. We have 38, 39, 40 percent on one side and 60 on the other. We will extend a hand to all those who love Bar and Montenegro. These are our partners here, but also colleagues from the opposition. Our hand has been extended," said Tufegdžić.
He said that they can celebrate in DPS, but that they will also celebrate tonight.
"We are already winners, and we will see what will happen in the following days", he concluded.
