Vukićević: It is important that DPS does not have absolute power in Bar, I see no reason for traditional partners to stay with them

The holder of the list "For the future of Bar" Maja Vukićević told "Vijesta" that it is important that the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) does not have absolute power in Bar and that she sees no reason for the traditional partners of the DPS to stay with them after they lost many towns.

Vukićević pointed out that they still do not have reports of all polling stations.

"We can be satisfied. The result is significantly better than in the previous local elections. It is important that DPS does not have absolute power and that it lost. DPS policy is the policy of the past," said Vukićević.

The data on about 70 percent of the processed places show that in the local elections held today in Bar, the list "Prava stvar Zajedno Bar" DPS-SDP-LP won 36,3 percent, the Coalition of Democrats, Europe now and United Montenegro 18,5 percent, Democratic Front 12 percent, coalition led by URA 9,2 percent, Social Democrats 9,8 percent, Biram Bar-Biram Montenegro List 5,5 percent, Bosniak Party 4,1 percent, Prava Montenegro 1,9 percent, Socialist People's Party 2 percent and the Party of Justice and Reconciliation 0,6 percent.

Dušan Raičević, the holder of the "Prava stvar Zajedno Bar" list, said earlier that he can confirm with certainty that their coalition together with their partners will win the local elections in Bar.

Dragan Tufegdžić, the holder of the "Let's go, people, democratic, European, united for Bar" list, said that the coalition around the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) did not win the elections in Bar.

The leader of the "Može Bar" coalition led by the URA Civic Movement, Goran Đurović, said that he believes that a new majority in Bar will be formed in a new combine.

The holder of the "New time for Bar" list in the local elections in Bar, Branislav Nenezić, said that it has been shown that the government in Bar cannot be formed without the Social Democrats (SD).
