SD: In Bar, the civil and multi-ethnic option won, the coalition in Plav will independently form the government

The excellent result of the Social Democrats (SD) in Bar of about 10 percent, which will be the second most important factor in the government, shows that the civil and multi-ethnic option won in this municipality and will put Montenegro back on the right track, the SD announced today.

"30 years ago, everything started from Bar, and it will happen again," said Branislav Nenezić, the holder of the SD list "Novo vrijeme za Bar" at the local elections held yesterday in Bar.

The SD said that "in addition to Bar, the Social Democrats achieved an excellent result by leading the Plav coalition list "Together victorious for Plav", which will be in a position to, based on an absolute victory, form an independent government led by the president of the board of the SD in Plav and the current president municipality by Nihad Canović".

"I want to thank you for a correct campaign and an election day that can serve as an example to others. Thank you for supporting the "Together victorious for Blue" list, thank you to my party comrades, but also to DPS and SDP, as well as to many other fellow citizens. who worked wholeheartedly on this campaign, just as we will continue to work wholeheartedly for our Plav. We said that we have the best program and that we will achieve this kind of result," said Canović, according to the SD announcement.

The party said that in the previous two difficult years, they were a consistent opposition.
