The epilogue of the local elections held on Sunday is a reflection of the politics that have destabilized and provincialized Montenegro in the last two years, the Civic Initiative announced on May 21.
"Political forces that are financially and propagandistically supported from the outside and united with local trivial and short-sighted populists have won power in most municipalities.
