The People Wins-Democrats-DSS-Europe coalition has now started negotiations with the constituents of the current government in Tivat regarding the formation of an administration that will lead that municipality in the next four-year period.
The goal of the negotiations, as announced, is the establishment of a stable parliamentary majority that will enable the development of Tivat and the improvement of the city's infrastructure.
"After the initial negotiations, the will of all was expressed to continue working for the benefit of all citizens of Tivat, to advance and improve the functioning of the municipality. Representatives of the coalition NP-DCG-DSS-ES demand from all interlocutors maximum responsibility towards the public interest, respect for democratic standards based on the election results in the recent local elections. Aware of the responsibility and trust shown to us by the citizens, we informed our interlocutors that the people of Tiv expect from us an effective agreement with the aim of constituting the Municipal Assembly within the legal deadline. All the more so because the adoption of the budget rebalance and the municipal budget for 2023 and increased capital budget in the amount of nearly 14 million euros," the announcement concludes.
