The previous protest of the "Ima nas" Movement showed the strength of civic, European Montenegro, and today's and every next one will show the determination to persevere in the defense of our country and its institutions, said Irma Nišić, director of the Social Democrats of Montenegro (SD).
As stated in the SD Nišić announcement, she added that it is high time for everyone who cares about Montenegro to stand up and go out into the streets.
"This is not a question of any party, this is not a question of any individual, this is a question of law, justice and the state. This is a question of what kind of Montenegro we want to live in and whether we will allow anarchy and the trampling of everything we care about. The previous gathering is showed that we will not, and today's will confirm that we are there to raise our voices against the further stumbling of Montenegro," Nišić concluded.
The organizing committee of the "Ima nas" movement announced that the protest will be held today starting at 20:XNUMX p.m. in front of the plateau of the Parliament of Montenegro.
A civil protest due to, as the organizers said, constitutional, economic and social anarchy in Montenegro, was held on November 8 on the plateau in front of the Parliament of Montenegro. The protest was formally organized by the Forum of Free Citizens of Luča, and supported by the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), the Social Democrats of Montenegro (SD), the Social Democratic Party (SDP), and the Liberal Party (LP).
That protest was held under the slogan "Ima nas" and the demands of the organizers and those gathered were: Withdrawal of amendments to the Law on the President of Montenegro, an agreement on the election of judges of the Constitutional Court and the holding of extraordinary parliamentary elections.
