Before the discussion on the census in the Parliament of Montenegro, the deputy of Democratic Montenegro Vladimir Martinović appealed to the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, Prime Minister Dritan Abazović to solve the problem of heating in some schools, especially in the north.
"Every year, the problem of heating children is repeated for a long period of time. I believe that this government will find a way to overcome this problem and to ensure normal conditions for children attending classes in primary and secondary schools," said Martinović.
Democratic Front (DF) MP Slaven Radunović appealed to all MPs to seriously deal with the Public Procurement Bill, "because it has caused many problems in the functioning of the state".
"Why is there no oil for heating? It's only because the tender fell, because we courted the EU so much that we tied our hands so much that the state cannot function," said Radunović.

The Minister of Finance, Aleksandar Damjanović, said that after this session, he will communicate with the Minister of Education and the Director of the Administration for Cadastre and Property, whose jurisdiction is the tender procedure for the procurement of fuel oil, to inform them that there has been a reaction here and that there is an urgent need to complete things here. .

He said that when it comes to the tender procedure, there was a problem with one of the bidders in terms of permits, certificates and approvals that he must have and that the zone was reached where either the law was violated or the bidder was pressured to fulfill the tender conditions.
He said that through the Law on Public Procurement, they intend to make savings, reduce or prevent corruption.
"The fact is that some procedures are causing us problems, we should look for some kind of part where we would have exemptions for such things of social importance - heating schools and health institutions is a priority," stated Damjanović.
