Piperović: Ubović and Lazović reject any connection with the M portal, they will inform the prosecution about the threats

Lawyer Zoran Piperović announced that his owners, Ranko Ubović and Zoran Lazović, deny the connection with the M portal, and thus with its editorial policy.

One of the leaders of the Democratic Front, Milan Knežević, threatened the adviser to the President of Montenegro, Milan Roćen, former high-ranking police officer Zoran Lazović, and businessman Ranko Ubović and their families, that "someone will be uncomfortable in Podgorica" ​​if they mention his mother once more "in their quasi-media".

In the statement, Piperović states that Ubović and Lazović "are asking how they could have known that a text would be published in which the mother of MP Milan Knežević would be mentioned".

"They also add that, and does anyone think of their family members when in the political confrontation in Montenegro, in which the two of them do not participate, their connections with cocaine, cigarettes and all forms of the worst kind of crime are mentioned. They wonder if they are have ever threatened anyone, and today they are being threatened in 'narrow streets'? Certainly, they know that anyone who holds his own does not support mentioning anyone's parents in any discussion, on any occasion," states the statement, which " Piperović delivered to the news.

The lawyer also states that "it is not out of place to remind, and to remember, in what context the now deceased mother of Ranko Ubović was mentioned on the political scene of Montenegro".

"The extract from CRPS shows the name of the owner of the portal and the name of the editor-in-chief, so my authorities support that, like every citizen, Mr. Knežević should protect his rights before a regular court."

In the statement, Piperović also states that Lazović and Ubović will inform the competent prosecutor's office about the sent threats.
