The head of the Islamic community in Montenegro, Rifat Fejzić, asked if there is a prosecution and what about hate speech.
"'The Turks are whining, the bulls are whining'. It is difficult to write anymore, what is happening to us? How come we have so much hatred? Are there prosecutions and what about hate speech? This is not my politics, this is not a fight for a decent life this is fight for bare survival," wrote Fejzić on Twitter, mentioning the US, EU and Great Britain embassies in the post.
Ibrahimović: Nikšić and Montenegro that we will never get used to and will not agree to
Bosniak Party leader Ervin Ibrahimović shared the video with his followers on Twitter.
"The speed with which the cancer of fascism is spreading through Montenegro threatens to metastasize and swallow what, until yesterday, was civil Montenegro, an example of multi-ethics and tolerance, a leader of European integration and civilizational values, and return us to the dark age of fascism, escape and crime." he wrote.
He called on the leaders of all parties in Montenegro and all citizens, especially the citizens of "liberal and anti-fascist Nikšić, Nikšić Ljub Čupić", to condemn the scandalous behavior of the president of that municipality. "This is Nikšić and Montenegro that we will never get used to and that we will not agree to," he said.
DPS Nikšić: Kovačević's goal is to humiliate Montenegro
The Nikšić committee of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) also responded.

BS: Civic Montenegro will win

Montenegro, where we will celebrate achievements on May 21 and July 13, and clearly and loudly despise backward and long-lost ideologies, which every now and then are close to the 'liberators'.
"The fight against fascism and national and religious hatred and intolerance in Montenegro is a common challenge for all well-intentioned citizens. In this fight, a normal, multi-ethnic and anti-fascist Montenegro must win," announced the Bosniak Party.
Hadžić: Return to the goods of darkness
The President of the Party of Justice and Reconciliation (SPP), Seid Hadžić, announced that the scene is a return to the "age of obscurity" and the "awakening of spirits" that do not bring anyone good.
"This is more than a scandal and we cannot pretend to be naive and not understand such messages. As the mayor of Nikšić, you sent a terrible message to your fellow citizens, Bosniaks, Muslims, but also to all citizens who do not support this attitude of the first man of their city, and I am sure that they will there will be those who will embarrass you," Hadžić announced.
He said that with this attitude, Kovačević is harming himself, his people and the politics he represents the most.
"This is the path of chasing the other and the different, which no one will agree to, and the narrative that destroys inter-ethnic relations in Montenegro. I want to believe that neither you nor your political boss Mandic don't think sober what you sing drunk. Maybe the alcohol did its job and this state of rapture, but I expect that as proof of that, you will apologize to all the citizens of Nikšić and support the reconstruction of the only remaining Hadji Ismail's mosque in Nikšić," said Hadžić, recalling that the Parliamentary Committee for Economy, Finance and Budget accepted the SPP amendment which planned allocation of 150.000 in the budget for the current year for the adaptation of that mosque.
Balota: Let him sing, when he doesn't know better
Vice-President of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) Adis Balota said that civil Montenegro "knew how to recognize" those like Kovačević and place them in a "deserved place in its history".
"You and the like are allowed to sing fascist songs, allowed because if it wasn't you would be 'singing' in court for spreading hatred. You can't use Chetnik songs to change our opinion about the libertarian Nikšić, because right now you feel like singing what's in your heart and that does not surprise us. We will fight so that no one whines and wails in Montenegro, and you sing when you don't know better. Civic Montenegro knew how to recognize such people and place them in their deserved place in their history. May he be eternal libertarian Nikšić," announced Balota.
HURRY: There is no place for hatred and divisions
From the Civic Movement URA, they said that modern Montenegro is a civil, multicultural, multi-confessional and European society in which there is no place for hatred, divisions and space for retrograde policies.

Onur Babaić, a member of the Presidency of the Social Democrats (SD), announced that the behavior of Kovačević deserves the condemnation of all social factors.
"The behavior of the person in question as the president of the Municipality of Nikšić, who calls for the extermination of his fellow citizens in a euphoric frenzy, both in terms of intonation and only in terms of content, is shocking and unbelievable. Apart from the fact that this kind of excess deserves the vigorous condemnation of all social factors, in any normal country, the above-mentioned would have to be held accountable and bear, if not political, then legal consequences.
"However, since Montenegro has recently shown serious symptoms of abnormality in all segments and this event will pass even without public reprimand, as newly established sanctions for public offenses. No matter how hard we try to contribute to the much-needed reconciliation, very often individuals appear who, with one shameless gesture, destroy all efforts and restore the entire society to its initial position.
"Due to the depressing fact that such an individual was given the right to be in a decision-making position, we are convinced that all well-intentioned citizens of Montenegro are 'crying'," Babaić said.
Vuković: You will not encroach on Nikšić and Montenegro
Aleksandra Vuković, a member of the DPS Presidency and MP of that party, said that those who want to encroach on Nikšić and Montenegro will not succeed in their intention.
"Nationalists and servants, spineless moral trifles, will not succeed in their intention to encircle Nikšić and Montenegro. This chauvinist settlement and Pink's 'singing' will enter the anthology of dishonor, stupidity and limitation (bitterness) of the spirit. These are not Christians. An unlived Skorojevic group will not succeed in ruining the sacred relationship of friendship between Muslims and Orthodox in Montenegro. Never again! Let there be an eternal civil Montenegro," she wrote on Twitter.
Nikolić: Confirmation of how extreme political life is
Member of the Presidency of DPS, MP Andrija Nikolić, said that the institutions should intervene and protect the character of the state if the first man of Nikšić "openly spreads fascist and chauvinist ideas.
"The fact that no one from the local government in Nikšić has yet condemned Marko Kovačević's hate speech only confirms how extreme political life is in Montenegro," he pointed out on Twitter.
