Miloš Čelanović, general secretary of the Social Democrats of Montenegro, announced that the second half of the school year in Montenegro will not start because there is no heating.
Earlier today, Prime Minister in technical mandate Dritan Abazović said that the request to delay the start of the second semester by five days due to the winter season was justified, after which the Minister of Education Miomir Vojinović confirmed at a press conference that the winter vacation will be extended by seven days - due to extension of the winter tourist season.

"The Minister of Education is proposing to postpone the continuation of the school year, because this is the request of a large number of citizens, with the argument that 'we are ready for school not to start'. Neither below-average intelligence nor even common sense can take this anymore. Ready. schools to remain closed. Well done. That requires a lot of preparation," says Čelanović.
He adds that the prime minister jumps in, as he states, to act out his role with support in readiness for schools not to start working...
"Oscar winners on the horizon. Or maybe, after all, Muppets. Gentlemen, trying actors, be honest for once in the term and tell the citizens that you may be able to act, but you are not capable of creating the conditions for the continuation of the school year. There is no heating, Muppets. Are we waiting for spring for our children to go to school," Čelanović concluded.
