The Basic Court in Žabljak initiated 16 proceedings against 23 persons, based on prosecution reports related to election events in Šavnik, the Center for Civic Education (CGE) announced.
So far, searches have been scheduled in almost all cases, according to the data that CGO, as they state from that NGO, received in accordance with the Law on Free Access to Information.
"The CGE previously received information from the Pljevlja ODT that it received 29 criminal reports, of which 29 cases were formed against 38 persons in connection with the events in Šavnik, and 17 indictments against 26 persons were submitted to the court. The CGE invites all interested parties to follow these proceedings ", they announced on Facebook from that non-governmental organization.
