Conditions have been created for the Constitutional Court to restore its functionality and be the guarantor of the constitutional order, legal security and legitimacy of future election processes, said the President of Montenegro, Milo Đukanović.
On Twitter, he welcomed the decision of the Assembly which confirmed the agreement on the election of three judges of the Constitutional Court.
"I invite and encourage the minority parties to agree on the remaining vacant seat as soon as possible in order to achieve the completion of the full composition of the Constitutional Court", Djukanović added and thanked his partners for their support and help in this process.
Today, the Assembly elected Snežana Armenko, Dragana Đuranović and Momirka Tešić as judges of the Constitutional Court, while Faruk Resulbegović did not receive enough votes from deputies.
