Prime Minister Dritan Abazović congratulated the MPs who voted for three candidates for the Constitutional Court today, saying that he regretted that the composition of that institution was not complete.
"We have crossed a big step. I regret that not all four judges were elected. I cannot believe that the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) did not vote for a minority representative. Citizens should not forget that, considering that the elections are going on. DPS will , probably with the partner parties to seek the support of minority nations. I am very sorry that the fourth judge, who is an Albanian due to the circumstances, did not manage to get the support of the DPS," said the prime minister when asked by TV Vijesti during a press conference with his Albanian colleague Edi Ram.
He also congratulated the MPs who voted for the fourth candidate. "I hope that we will also get the last judge of the Constitutional Court in the re-voting", he concluded.
